Returns Policy

 

At Model Hobbies, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. Customers are advised to contact us at admin@modelhobbies.com.au with your order number, details and photographic evidence or use the contact form provided in the event of a return.

 

We only accept merchandise returns if an item purchased is defective, does not match the description or has been damaged. Please be aware that we do not accept returns if you have a change of mind. We advise customers to shop carefully before purchasing your item/s.

 

If an item qualifies for a return, at your own shipping expense, sealed merchandises may be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of receipt with original packing invoice. Failure to provide original packing invoice will not be qualified a refund, return or exchange. However, items returned after given period of 10 days, we will issue a store credit of 80% of item’s amount and process it in your next transaction with Model Hobbies.

 

Please be advised Model Hobbies takes no responsibility for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to Model Hobbies. Please use Australia Post or an equivalent secure postal service and purchase tracking. In the case of a missing package, if the package was not sent tracked a return will not be offered.
