We advise these Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional policies we provide (collectively referred to as ‘Terms’), including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
By accessing, using or purchasing from our Website, you warrant and represent to us that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. You are over the age of 18 years and you have the right, authority and legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement and to abide by these Terms.
Model Hobbies reserves the rights to make amends and/or changes to the Website and Terms at any time without notice to you. Continued use of the Website following any change to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

When ordering with Model Hobbies you must provide Model Hobbies with your personal information. Product Availability
Model Hobbies ensures all orders are made to availability. Whilst we use our efforts to ensure that items are available for delivery, there may be some circumstances where items are unavailable.
If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you as soon as we have received your order. Please note we may need to reject your order, or a part of your order, on this basis. If your order is rejected or cancelled, we will refund the full amount you have paid in respective of such unavailable product.
Store Promotions & Sale Items
Store promotions are subject to change on a date to date basis; we advise customers to check the website regularly on any updates/changes. Customers accessing and forwarding purchases with Model Hobbies acknowledge and agree to the conditions and exclusions of store promotions provided on the Website. Customers requesting an exchange after the event of a sale period, respective of our ‘Returns Policy,’ will be advised to exchange an 80% credited amount of original packing invoice.
Sale items are limited to availability.
Liability
In no circumstance will Model Hobbies or any of our affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. Where legislation applies any mandatory term, condition or warranty, Model Hobbies liability of breach of such terms or consumer guarantee is, at our option to:
- Offer store credit;
- Replacement of faulty and/or damaged merchandise.
